Review of Your Extracurricular Activities by the US Admission Expert

Do you want your children to go to top US universities? Their portfolios of extracurricular activities MATTER.

Does my son have too many or too few extracurricular activities? How are his activities related to the priorities of US university admissions officers? How much will my daughter’s current activities help in her applications? How should we set priorities?

Dr. Mark Montgomery will review and discuss your child’s extracurricular interests and activities, including community service, school clubs and committees, arts, athletics, work experiences, hobbies, etc., with regard to his/her future US university admission process in a 45-minute clinic session.

•  -What personal qualities does the current activity portfolio demonstrate?

Outcomes of review:

•  -Give you a new perspective—the perspective of a American college admission officer—on your child’s resume
•  -Help you to clarify your objectives and understand how your child’s accomplishments are going to be measured by top US universities
•  -Guide you to prioritize different activities and help your child to spend time more efficiently and wisely
•  -Identify the gaps in your child’s activity portfolio so that he/she can fill them earlier
•  -Explain the value of your child’s current activities

Notes:

•  -Each clinic session will last for 45 minutes. Please select your preferred time when register.
•  -Limited spaces. First-come-first-served. Advanced booking is required.
•  -This is an event for parents, but students are welcome to come with their parents.
•  -Parents must provide a list of their children’s current activities or an activity resume before the review. Key information about the activities, such as nature, program / organizer, frequency, level, position held, and achievements / awards, must be specified.

Booking Fee:

•  -HK$200 per session
